  4. Severe headache and nausea. Be avoided.

Severe headache and nausea
Since last night having nausea, headache, loose stools with a bit of mucus. If I eat anything outside immediately I get these symptoms nowadays. Due to work had to travel outstation which cannot be avoided.

This seems to be intestinal infection. You may need some investigations and antibiotics, but you should visit a doctor first
