Your symptoms are rather unusual.  Otherwise no one gets punching nerve pain all across the head. The treatment of the headache is only one ; paracetamol. Please consult a General Physician, and if required a Neurophysician for a detailed evaluation. The symptoms are insufficient for a diagnosis on tele-consultation.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Looking at your age with no past history and on going medication, you must be dealing with some gut issues, for that first you must start taking curd with one meal like in lunch, increase intake of salad with every meal, dont take tea or coffee empty stomach, avoid sweets, nameeken etc, have simple less oily and less spicy fodd, after every meal take digene, walk for 10 min after taking meals, dont stress or overthink, if after this also you are facing same problems then go for a full body chec up, but before that follow above advise, drink plenty of water and dont indulge in any street food or sweets
