Severe head ache issue
My maternal uncle has been working in coca cola since 20 years Before 6 months he left his job due to personal reasons. From some time he is facing extreme level head ache issue His legs got severe pain. He doesn't want to live with family He wants to live alone. He got frustrated when he see any family members. He doesn't want to go anywhere just like these situation are running in his mind. Currently he is not doing any job.He is thinking to start his own shop. He had taken treatment of doctors ,they gave medicine which gives a strong sleep and after 4-5 days problem starts repeating. Please suggest what to do.

He does seem to have symptoms of depression from the information given . However , Any cases of severe headache should not be ignored. ( especially if there is history of hypertension) He should get a CT scan brain to rule out any neurological causes , you also mentioned pain in the legs..these need to be evaluated by a neurologist. If cleared by a neurologist please get long term treatment from a competent psychiatrist for depression

The symptoms are suggestive of depression. Consult a psychiatrist and give proper treatment. Effects will take 2-6 weeks to be seen. Attend follow up as advised. Good luck

He needs in depth evaluation including some tests. Then we can come to a provisionally diagnosis and sketch out a treatment plan.
