Severe halitosis
I had this for a long time ..but this has increased considerably and people can feel it even from a few feet...terribly embarrassing for me and my family...stomach checked and no ulcers ..have sinus...and this aggravates when I have cold or in contact with cold temp ..any way to resolve it...?

Cavities, calculus, bleeding gums, gaps between teeth, low water consumption, current diet etc are all causes. Walk in for an exam and rule out those too.
