  4. Severe gastritis. But after stopping it.

When i take tablet for gastritis i feel better but after stopping it ..after a few months the same problem occurs like loose motion after eating certain food and severe stomach burning ... Nowadays I feel like pain is spreading downwards

Since when you are suffering from this issue? It looks like you have Chronic gastritis. Need to evaluate on the same with investigations like endoscopy.
