Severe gastritis
I have gas problem since 15 days and it is severe and I have heartburn, pain in lower back, burning sensation in my back, on my chest and I feel like lots of gas is being formed and is trapped inside my stomach, nausea, headache, and 2-3 times even blood came while defecation.
