Hi dear, vitrectomy is really a high risk procedure. We do it as a last option. It has many more complications which will bother u much more than these floaters... Your vision will drop, cataract may develop, eye pain, irritation etc . I too have floaters since 6 years but I don't even remember them. Just ignore them n they will disappear.. Just forget about it.. Trust me nothing will bother u further..

Are you high myopic ? Are you suffering from ocular inflammation ? Did you have ocular injury in past ? Are you diabetic ? If answer of all them no , nothing to bother. Just ignore them as we are ignoring Pakistan as you can change history but not geography . It is geography of body you have no control.
