Severe eczema

Asked for Male, 49 Years

Should a person with severe eczema not eat any dairy product or wheat at all? Do they really cause inflammation? Also using lobate GM cream on the eczema is good? Are steroid creams not good for skin if used for long time?? The eczema is on foot with high intensity. Any help is appreciated.
