  4. Severe ear pain. To sleep since then.

Severe ear pain
I've severe recurring pain in my right ear. I'm not suffering from cold or fever. It's been one day since the pain started and I've not been able to sleep since then.

You should take some pain killer like paracetamol and see an ENT doctor to find the reason for the pain.
