Is it true that when you gave even if you on an injection you will fall pregnant because you fertile? I received injection straight after birth, and I went for another one on a given date. But I have severe cramps and preg test was negative

With injection no chance of pregnancy if taking regularly .Not taken on due  date then risk is there and have to use back up.
