I get severe menstrual cramps every months.I have to take pain killers and warm compress.But sometimes it doesn't work.Can i spray volini in my lower abdomen?Will that work?

Pain is normal during menses but If it is sever than get an ultrasound of pelvis done.

Hello.. application of spray is mainly for muscle pain. It may not be useful. But there's no harm in applying.
