Frequent Severe cramps
I had endometriosis from 2017 for which Dr had advised n put Mirina n gave painkiller meds. Meds work fine I also used to get my periods regularly for 4yrs after putting mirina. Now from last 1.5yrs I got my periods only ones n but had cramps twice a month. From last 2-3mnts frequently I'm having low abdomen severe cramps n no bleeding r spotting. Pain is so severe with low energy that I can't walk r do any work. Pain stays for 2dys n im normal. Last Saturday pain was unbearable so went to gynaec n she advised scan n few tests. Have attached the reports she only changed n gave pain killers. Im not able to understand the reason for the pain. I have got mirina removed last Saturday n had normal bleeding for 3dys. One more thing is I'm not sexually active for last 4yrs before that also it was not regular ones in while cz sex is very very painful for me followed by bleeding. I have attached pap smear I dnt know y my dr told to do it. USG abdomen n pelvis also has some prob. Need advise
