Pelvic/abdominal cramps aft methotrexate
I had an ectopic pregnancy and doctor gave methotrexate single dose injection.
Hcg before injection is 3200
Hcg on 4th day after injection is 3700(increase)
Hcg on 7th day after injection is 2500(decreased)
As 7th day fall is good, doctor confirmed it successful and asked me to check hcg intil its negative.
But problem is, now after treatment success, i am getting pelvic/abdominal cramps (dull and sready). Some times sharp pain in pelvic region
Is it normal?? Pls clarify

If pain is too much then get one UDG fine to make sure it is not leaking ectopic
