Yes it can be removed by using Inj. Methotrexate, but ectopic pregnancy should fulfill following criteria - It should be UNRUPTURED ectopic pregnancy , fetal cardiac activity should be absent and sac diameter less than 5 CM, HCG level,<10000mIU/ml, patient should be hemodynamicaly stable.. For  use of methotrexate patient monitoring is required...
