Severe Constipation
I am facing minor to medium constipation problem since last 3 months. I was on protien rich diet. But since last few days, I am facing severe constipation problem. There is no bleeding or any abdominal pain. Only not able to freely pass waste. Yesterday on doc advice, I have taken 'Naturolex' and Lactihelp Plus oral emulsion, but got no relief. Can someone guide.

Protein rich diets can cause constipation. Please check your thyroid levels .
If you have this for 3 months it requires thorough evaluation . You can come to the hospital we can help you.
You are already on laxatives if it is not helping we have to see why you are having this problem.
Drink lots of fluids
Sup duphalac 2 TSP twice a day for 3 days it is only a temporary relief but don't avoid the problem you need to get it checked
