seems like musculoskeletal pain, (probably due to exercise or taking heavy load.) or Peptic ulcer disease.
however it is important to rule out cardiac pain, so if the pain is associated with following features kindly visit a specialist:
* Pain radiating to jaw/ neck/ left arm
* pain associated with heavy exertion and relieving with taking rest
* associated with nausea and profuse sweating
* constrictive type of pain ( musculoskeletal pain are usually aching pain )
Next Steps
check if the pain gets relieved with taking Paracetamol (for muscle pain)/ Pantoprezole (peptic ulcer disease)

Pain chest during deep breathing should suggest infection of the covering of the lungs.
Please consult with a General Physician on Practo . You will need a few investigations before treatment can be started.
Do not at first ,Try deep breathing for 5-7
minutes.

Sit in a calm and cozy place.
If feeling acidity take some Antacids like Digene or Gelusil or Drink some cold water.
Take a Acid reducing medicine like Pantocid 40 , if Consult a General Physician.
Hi...pain in the middle of the chest could be due to indigestion or cardiac cause... need more details to know to sort this out... like your age, since when u have this symptom, how long it persist and how it subsides etc etc
