Pain chest during deep breathing should suggest infection of the covering of the lungs. Please consult with a General Physician on Practo . You will need a few investigations before treatment can be started.

Do not at first ,Try deep breathing for  5-7 minutes. Relax Sit in a calm and cozy place. If feeling acidity take some Antacids like Digene or Gelusil or Drink some cold water. Take a Acid reducing medicine like Pantocid 40 ,  if Consult a General Physician.

Hi...pain in the middle of the chest could be due to indigestion or cardiac cause... need more details to know to sort this out... like your age, since when u have this symptom, how long it persist and how it subsides etc etc

It may due to acidity Kindly take pantaprazole tablets and antacid syrup Avoid spicy foods and tea coffee beverages and carbonated bottle drinks and oily substances and alcohol intake and smoking habits

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to Gastritis. Take Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food Tab pan 40 twice a day before food Syp. Sucrafil o twice a day before food
