Severe bodypains and constipation
I feel severe bodypains especially in the neck, back, lower back and knee, the pain is severe while waking up and when I am not doing any work, it gradually reduces with time, motions are not normal and stomach enlarges after meals, i also have acidity and reflux problem, I feel weakness and tiredness in the body, I did my upper GI endoscopy and the results are normal, I also have nausea and tightness in the throat and chest, I have thyroid which is just above normal level but I am not taking medicine on endocrinologist suggestions, I want to know whether it is gastric related problem or is it due to thyroid, kindly advice, thank you
