Severe Body pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My mother is suffering from severe body pain. Thyroid level is normal. ESR is 78 which is high and she has vitamin D deficiency. She is taking pain killers for pain as well as medicines for reducing ESR. How to make sure that body pain is because of high ESR or vitamin d deficiency or some other reasons? Please help.
