Dear Sir, I feel you need to rethink on the diagnosis. Hemangiomas are a normal finding in many cases of spine on MRI, they are usually benign and have no repercusions.  a history of fever comes in red flags of spine and a thorough evaluation is a must, consult a ortho/ spine surgeon, and get evaluated first.
Next Steps
Consult Ortho/ Spine Surgeon
Health Tips
Take rest, do not perform any exerises, take analgesics to relieve your pain and consult your doctor as early as possible

If back pain and fever it might be discitis. You might need to repeat MRI in one week. Might need antibiotics. Consult orthopaedic doctor. Rule out any causes for fever
