Hi... From the above query i can rule out that your body is overheated. So drink 4 litres pf water everyday. Take tender coconut...pomegranate. And take fenugreek seeds daily in the morning. Regarding back pain and abdomen pain...pls tell me when the pain is more...

This problem is due to uti.urinary tract infection. Trouble or pain in passing urine. Back pain and belly pain is due to your fatty body.
