In my left side waist ,i have a severe back pain in muscle. from one month i am having this pain. I had tried with moov spray, waistband also ...But didn't get d results

You need to answer a few questions for this
1)do you have a history of back problems before this?
2)did u lift up anything or been on long travel etc?
3)what is the nature of pain like dull pain or sharp,throbbing pain?
4)do you get tingling/numbness in your leg?
5)does pain occour only on activty or movement or is present even at rest?
6)have you taken any lumbar spine xrayz for it?
Get back with answers to the above question....the problem can be solved as back pain is a very common complaint..but actual cause should be treated.
