Severe back pain in mid area
My mother has been experiencing severe back pain since last 3-4days. The pain isn't limited to her back, it has extended to her legs as well near the ankle an in the muscles below the knees. She didn't suffer any injury and we are attributing it to cold air from water cooler, though the severity of the pain makes me wonder if this could be something else. She is having problem sitting from standing position and vice verse, walking and sleeping as well. Please advise.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
