  4. Severe back pain. Afford for a surgery.

Severe back pain
I have fallen on my back side while getting up and could not able stand and walk on my own without any support. I have sugar and diabetes, reports said that there is a fractured observed in L1 and L5. Please kindly suggest me the best possible solution as we could not able to afford for a surgery.
