Severe back pain
I am having severe back pain from last week. I have tried pain relieving sprays but no relief. Please suggest

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for back and hips and knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Avoid forward bending , avoid lifting of heavy weights. Sit straight (proper posture). Backstrentheing exercises. Hot water fomenation. Analgesic gel. Don't sit in one posture for long periods of time. If pain persists consult Orthopedician. Can take           Muscle relaxant for few days.

Have you had any injury recently? Have you had this type of pain before? It can be muscle pull or due to a range of other things. More information is needed before knowing if this is only muscular or any other issue is causing it. Menstrual cycles also sometimes cause this type of pain. Try with simple painkillers and use hot water bottle or hot compress over the area. Keep moving and do gentle stretching.
Next Steps
If the pain doesn't subside in a few days tune, you will need to see a doctor for further assessment and investigation as needed
