  3. Severe back ache. It pains very badly.

Severe back ache
I am having a severe back ache from past 2 days. Pain is in right hand side above hip bone and near the spinal cord (muscle area). While walking and while sitting it pains very badly.

Hello.... Please consult your Family Physician or some Good Homoeopath nearby..... if the pain is of such severity ..... a proper physical examination is must.....

Take rest... Avoid lifting anything heavy... Avoid bending fwd..... Try some hot fomentation....
