Sever back pain
Suffering from back pain for past 1 year. I am a software engineer which requires me to sit long hours and travel a lot. so in a day i have to sit for 9 hours atlest. I sit continuosly for 1 hour it pains and at times even if i sit for 10 mins it starts hurting.

Hi try to change position for every 2 hours.And do some back strengthen exercises r yoga which will help you in strengthen your back muscles. Check ur posture in chair and try to maintain proper ergonomics .
