Hi. There is no harm of eating sesame seeds in pregnancy. Avoid papaya, pineapple, Chinese food. You can eat everything else in moderate amounts. Also avoid outside food!

In fact they are good source of calcium & iron .
It’s good to eat them in pregnancy .
Recommended to eat them daily
Continue iron and calcium supplements
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day

Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel and dehydration
Take a boiled egg daily
Listen devotional music and wear bangles to promote hearing in baby
Take rest for 2 hours at afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime for improvement of blood flow to baby
