Sesame seeds during pregnancy
I'm 11weeks 3days Pregnant with good fetal heartbeat and movement.Is it safe to consume sesame seeds or sesame or gingelly oil during this time? Does it lead to miscarriage?

You can't perceive fetal movements at 11 weeks can be seen on USG. Why do you want to eat seasame seeds particularly ? It will not harm if you take one or two til ka laddu occasionally but have a mixed nutritious diet. Have fruits a handful of almonds dates etc Seasame is not to be taken everyday although not harmful
