Serum uric
I test uric acid 8 mg/dl,also I have test kidney function,hbac1 ,lipid profile,liver function test , thyroid all came normal range,only serum uric came 8,
I want to decrease it below 6 and I don't want to take medicine long term...how much month it take to come normal, I was habit of not drinking water more, I ate non veg ,and I don't drink any kind of alcohol..

Tab febuxtare 40 one at night after food for 3 weeks.
Or
Tab allopurinol 100 one per day for 7 to 10 days.
Tomato spinach to avoid.

Take tab Allopurinol 100mg one daily for 10 days, then one morning and one evening for 10 days, repeat uric acid.
Life long treatment not needed.
Drink more water, avoid spinach, tomato red meat, beer.
