Proper body cleansing followed by ayurveda medications will be helpful.. take a low levels of sodium, avoid processed foods, avoid food rich in potassium like banana , coconut water , green leafy vegetables , potatoes you can boil the vegetables discard the water to reduce potassium no oily and nonvegeterian foods... follow breathing excerises... eat cucumber, watermelon juice , Indian gooseberry, bottle gourd.. follow breathing excerises... if diabetic or hypertensive keep it under control.. take ayurveda medications prescribed by a ayurveda physician for better results
