Hello Thank you for sharing your concern regarding the variation in your serum creatinine levels. Here’s what you need to know:  1. Lab Variations: Serum creatinine levels can show slight variations between labs due to differences in testing methods, equipment, and reference ranges. The difference of 0.08 mg/dl in your results is minor and falls within the acceptable margin of error. Both values are well within the normal range for your age and gender.  2. Reference Ranges: Labs may use slightly different reference ranges based on their calibration standards, but this does not necessarily indicate a problem. Your results are consistent and do not suggest kidney dysfunction.  3. When to Worry: Significant fluctuations (e.g., >0.3 mg/dl) or values outside the normal range would warrant further investigation. Your current results do not raise any red flags.  For personalized advice and to address any underlying concerns, I recommend scheduling a consultation with me. This will allow us to review your medical history, lifestyle factors, and any other relevant tests if needed.  **To book an appointment or discuss further, you can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.**
