Hi
Usually with one antidepressant that too at a low dose for a condition like anxiety, it's very rare to develop serotonin syndrome, it develops with combination of medicines like (SSRI's & TCA's) given high dose in a short period. Also it may be seen in organ failures when body failed to excrete medicine when on antidepressants. But once it develop treatment is always supportive by stopping the culprit medicine & treating the symptoms & recovery you can expect in less than a day.
