Serious memory loss
I have been experiencing serious memory loss & inability to concentrate. I have been diagnosed of clinical depression, bipolar & anxiety disorder in the recent past. My brain feels clouded all the time, I am unable to communicate clearly, to think clearly about trivial matters even. From being very sharp, I have become confused & forgetful.

Hello, Yes the symptoms you are facing do occur in all three of the diagnoses you mentioned...But are you being diagnosed Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder , separately or  at different time periods...Because Management differs for Bipolar disorder alone  and for comorbid disorder ...I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case.. regards
