Septoplasty in to left nessal
Septoplasty in left nessal have done last Wednesday . now my dr. adviced to clean nose with nasowash starterkit and use for neosporin ophthalmic ointment tube into the nose.
but i am afraid that how can nasowash starterkit use in to my nose in spite of stitches.
please sir guide me to use of this .
Can I use nasowash starterkit now ?
and I want to know about these stitches in to my nose are absorbed or unabsorbed.?
please Sir suggest me.

Your doctor is right. Use the Nasowash and it will gently clean and moisturise your operated nostrils. Just make sure you do it in front of a mirror so that you tilt your head properly and can keep one nostril exactly above the other and bottle exactly vertical while using the Nasowash. This will spray the upper nostril with the saline solution and the water and debris will exit the other nostril onto the washbasin below. Now repeat procedure by tilting the head the other way and irrigate the other nostril. Keep repeating this till bottle is empty. For better results, use warm water.
