Septoplasty complications
It's been 3 months after septoplasty. My right nostril is severly congested so I can't breathe properly always feel blockage in the palate area.
CT-PNS is normal except 8×8 mm septal perforation found .
I am doing nasal wash in night regularly .
Plz suggest 🙏 your valuable advice.

Septal perforation doesn't cause nasal obstruction... Get nasal endoscopy done to evaluate the cause
