Dear sir/ maam, there can be several possible explanations for the behaviour you have described : 1) it may be normal and age appropriate. 2) it may be due to too much control and pressure on a child who should be enjoying loving care and is beingbforfed to do too much. The other possibilities are hyperactivity but it is too early to say so. Please dont worry too much. It would be good for you, your spouse and child to meet a psychologist who can do family therapy. For the child, it would help to see a child psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Meet a child psychiatrist and a psychologist specializing in child psychology and family therapy.

Hi new parent,
Your child is showing a behavior which somewhere as parents you are not able to understand. So very very important to note down what emerges to this behavior example: the situation like if he is demanded or asked to do something then? Or is it the anger which is causing this behave? Or when a parent leaves? Note the milestones at the child's age.
So there is detailed evaluation which is required. Before that kindly note the above to understand better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist, as correct evaluation will be made once observed
Children usually behave like that in this age. The symptoms which you have listed here are of hyperactivity but the child cannot be labelled so at this age. If you still see something amiss, he can be evaluated. It is difficult to diagnose without meeting the child.
Next Steps
I suggest please see a Psychologist/Psychiatrist for evaluation and diagnosis.
