I have a sensitive teeth want to know how to use Sensodyne Rapid Relief.
Should I do regular brushing and then apply Rapid Relief on my sensitive teeth for one minute and the wash mouth?
Or mouth wash not required after applying rapid relief on sensitive teeth for one minute.

For using rapid relief u have to apply this tooth paste on teeth using fingers and leave it for 2 mins and then apply this toothpaste on ur toothbrush and do normal brushing. This procedure should be done twice a day for a month. Then see the result

If the mouthwash is for sensitivity then you can use it. Rinse your mouth for at least a minute before spitting it out
