Since 3 to 4 days, my one tooth is sensitive. I went to clinic and did scaling and also checked with x-ray but there is no cavity so a doctor suggested me one toothpaste sensodent, I am using it but still I have sensitivity when I am having cold or hot tea or something. that particular tooth getting sensitive, Can you just help me ? Os it require more time to heal because its just 1 done after checkup.

Post brushing do not rinse immediately with water.

Take pea size paste on your clean finger tip, apply it on the tooth and massage it for 2-3 mins leave it for 2 mins and then brush .
