  4. Semen Leakage. I take? what should i do?

In last 4 months, 3 times nocturnal emission occurs . And yesterday I was sitting in restaurant with my friends(boys and girls) and got semen leakage(first some sensation occurred then leakage) . Somehow I managed and went to toilet and masturbate there. Which medicine should I take ? I'm 24 year old boy and I masturbate very frequently ( past 7 years). Now I start feeling guilty. What should I do ?
