Self-doubt, Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence
I've an extreme level of self doubt which makes my life quite vulnerable. If I fail to do something, I'm like yes, this had to happen because it's you and you're a failure! If by chance, I excel at something, my brain says it's okay, it may happen, not a big deal, others might be even dumb than you are. I want to get away with this feeling. Help!!!

Hi thanks for your approach. I know the whole personality works on self esteem/ confidence. it should be in the level where you can achieve with your hard work and their should be both acceptance and satisfaction of situation, not the disappointment. something that you need work on thought process/ cognitive functioning, it is that you need to understand the goals or requirements of self, rather than comparing with others. think about it. you can visit psychologist for more clarity of self. take care. stay positive.
