After seizure people temporarily lose their memory for some hours to days. If it is longer, u will have to get MRI of brain done and see a neurologist.

Hello what is the age of your mother? Are their any other medical issues with her? Is memory loss only after the seizures? The treatment needs seizure control first. Maybe a MRI brain can give a good picture of the brain. She may need some medications to help restore memory function. Maybe see a psychiatrist in person who can assess the memory loss and do the needful.
