From the last 4-5 years, I was living a sedentary lifestyle, except climbing stairs of my office building daily. My belly fat has been increased and now i want to have a healthy lifestyle. So i have decided to join a fitness club. Should i have to do any blood test or general
health checkup before joining the gym. My height is 5ft 5 inches, body weight is 62KG, Every month i visit hospital for regular follow up of my gastritis problem, and every time bp and heart rate are being measured. It was within 140/80 range and heart rate were between 80-95 bpm.
