Second time Pregnancy
I am 5 week 3 days pregnant. I haven't done a TVS yet.In 2018 I had done a HSG and my left tube was partially blocked.I am worried wether it is an ectopic pregnancy as this time the follicle was in left ovary

You have been worried for the last 10 days. Please tell us what you have gained by worrying ? You should get a sonography done when you are six weeks pregnant. That will tell you whether you have an Intrauterine gestation sac or not. If you have an Intrauterine gestation sac then it can't be an ectopic pregnancy.
