Regarding status of TVS at 5 weeks
Patient age - 31 years The LMP was 20th December UPT Pregnancy test done on 17th January and was POSITIVE BETA HCG was also done twice and values were perfectly normal as seen by doctor Today we did TVS to confirm pregnancy and impression  were Gestational sac seen Yolk sac present Fetal pole seen Cardiac activity not observed Intrauterine gestational corresponding to gestational age is 5 weeks 2 days CRL - 2.7 MM (5W 2 days) Why does cardiac activity not observed? Are the other values normal? Please answer

Cardiac activity appears between 6-7 weeks Get follow up ultrasound done after 10-15 days

Cardiac activity is usually visualised at 7 weeks. You have to get the scan repeated after 2 weeks
