Second pregnency
My wife has epilepsy. We have ine child of 5 years completely normal and we are planning for second pregnancy. What care should be taken? Is it safe to plan for second pregnancy.

Yes it is definitely safe but before that she should take antiepileptic medication which is compatable and non teratogenic during the pregnancy and start folic acid too.

1st and foremost , start her on tab folic acid, atleast 3 month prior to conception. Regarding the precautions and drugs to be taken, consult online.
