Hi Doctors
PFA and please let me know your thoughts. I have taken this endoscopy on 5 th March 2024. I have stomach pain for long term. Taken blood test and other tests all came normal. My concern or question is will h-pylori cause unintentional weight loss, how many times a day I should eat. I have been given ppi with antibiotics. Please suggest any natural way to clean the bacteria and gain weight back. I was 75 kg now I am 63 kg. I can also see pulse in stomach a kind of hear beat. This stomach issue is driving my anxiety. How come the gut is interlinked with anxiety? Have you heard of Roemheld syndrome? None of the doctor's in India knew about it. I can see those symptoms. Please explain.

You have H pylori infection due to that you have such kinds of symptoms don't worry just take h pylori treatment regimen and continue it for 14 days!!
