Second dengue
My sister was diagnosed with Dengue fever on December 1. She was hospitalized from dec 4 to dec 7 since her platelets became low. On dec 28 she got bitten by a mosquito. If it is dengue mosquito, does she get dengue again immediately. Thanks in advance

Dengue has an incubation period of 3-10 days ,so there won't be any immediate infection with dengue. It may  have been a different species of mosquito bite .

A person gets immunity from only that strain of Dengue by which he is infected. There are four strains of Dengue. So he can be infected by any  of the other three strains. He gets a limited immunity for 2-3 months against other strains.
