Second conceive after
Madam I had delivered a boy on Nov 13 but he was not survived due to some problem . He died after 2 hours . when we can plan for next baby .

wait for 4to 5months if delivery was normal.If delivery was caesarian wait for 1to1 1/2 yrs.

Dear Practo user,
If it had been a normal delivery and you resume menstrual periods soon, give a gap of about 4 months or so and then plan for next pregnancy. In case of Caesarean section, gap of at least one and a half years is advisable.
