Sebum near private area
Hi, I have very dry skin and I got a sebum near my private area. I tried to squeeze and remove it but it couldn't get out, rather the skin has formed above it now it doesn't have any opening.
I usually get tar-like soft sebum near my private area, earlier I had removed such type sebum by squeezing.
So now, how can I remove it? Will it have an opening again in some time by itself or there need to do small surgery by cutting the skin and taking it out?
