Scrotal Eczema
Is this scrotal eczema? What treatment should I take and how worse is it? I currently have eczema on my hands. The area around scrotum and penis has these small wounds and it releases a watery like discharge due to which whole area remains wet.

This is scrotal eczema or scrotal dermatitis. Can happen from your skin being an allergy sensitive skin or even contact with certain products or creams. You will need a prescription and then counseled on how to keep the area healthy.
